We have provisionally booked a table for you at our Christmas Fair on 9 November 2024 at 2pm. Please read the following information before clicking the link to the booking form:
Unless advised otherwise in your covering email, the Hall will provide a table for your use which is approximately 1.8m/6ft long by 0.7m/2ft6in wide.
Important information on your table space:
- Whilst we want you to display your products in as inviting way as possible, we are not able to allow you to place any products in front of the table provided.
- We are happy to provide up to two chairs behind the table for your use if needed, please ask on the day.
- There will be a small space between tables to allow access for you and other stall holders, this area is to remain clear for health and safety reasons.
Other obligations:
- Where appropriate, we expect our stall holders to have appropriate Public Liability Insurance. The Hall will not be held responsible for any damage or injury caused where stall holders have not complied with our requirements.
Payment terms:
- Unless we have advised otherwise in your covering email, we require payment of £15 within 3 working days of you submitting the booking form (see below) . Payment can be made to :

- Account: 01757122
- In the reference please quote XMAS SURNAME (eg, XMAS SMITH) so we can link it back to your booking.
- Please note, once paid, refunds will only be made where the Hall cancel the event.
Other useful information:
- The hall will be available for stall holders to set up from 12:30pm Please do not expect access before this time without prior consent.
- Parking for cars or small vans is available on-site, if you have a larger vehicle, please contact us for permission to park so that we can reserve a larger parking space.
- Refreshments will be available for purchase.
