Please read the following before making a booking request

The hall is £13 per hour for Rushall & Charlton St Peter residents and £15 for everyone else.

Bouncy castles are charged at £5 per booking - this covers additional insurance and energy costs.

Use of cookers - this covers additional insurance and energy costs

1 cooker: One off payment of £10 (normal usage) per booking, OR

2 cookers: One off payment of £15 (normal usage) per booking, OR

Caterer: Where you are using external caterers who require use of the cookers we will charge £20 for all bookings up to 3 hours; longer bookings by negotiation.

- Alcohol - a licence is required if you intend to sell or make reference to alcohol being available at an event in any advertising. You will be responsible for obtaining the licence in good time and it must be shown to the booking clerk on request.
- Supply of tea towels or table cloths is not included but can be provided; please request details.
